The Sandcastle II Condominium is a 16 story building located on the beach in Marco Island FL overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It contains 94 individually-owned units. On site amenities include: tennis & pickleball courts, a large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grills, fitness center, sauna, activity/social room, and covered parking. The building consists of one and two bedroom units. Every living room, dining room, and bedroom has its own make-believe bridge of a ship giving you an unobstructed and spectacular vista of the magnificent Gulf and our beach. In fact, these views from each spacious residence seem to almost bring the Gulf right into each room.
Some of our owners rent their units with a minimum rental of one month. Those interested in renting should consult local rental agents or look for listing through digital media for those units rented by owners. The association office is not involved with rentals.
